His quest for specialized expertise in pediatric dentistry led him to Columbia University, where he emerged as a chief resident during his post-graduate training.

With a background in psychology, he blends childhood psychology principles, calming breathing techniques, and gentle nitrous sedation when necessary, ensuring a tranquil and positive experience.
